Simple, educate yourself. Federal law clearly states votes have to be counted by December 12th. 31 days after the poles close. States can set any time they choose during that time frame to stop as long as they are counted by that date. That's not corrupt or cheating it's the law. It has been sense 1948. It takes a lot longer now because of mail in ballots over the old machines that had been interfered with several times. Counting, verifying and collecting them to count takes much more time So it's not uncommon to see a public notice of extension to count votes. States that push mail in like mine to cut poling cost already take more time than many others to count. Last Presidential election over 70% voted by mail in my state. Every vote should be counted witch is why they set the final count at 31days Just in case.
