Yes in Seine Saint Denis, but not now. I am in Russia until the end of this month. I was supposed to return at the end of August but under exceptional circumstances, exceptional change of plan.

Each media applies different methodologies, treats news differently. In Russia, it is a bench mark media.

I beg to differ with you my dear Lidya, but, I personally think Russian women are some of the hottest women on earth. They have every bit the beauty of American women but without the hangups. If I was single, I'd love to date some Russian ladies.
As far as your government goes ... no comment. I can't say anything positive but then again, I'm not positive of our own government HERE right now. Both countries need to grow a pair of NUTS and toss 'em both out of office.
