This is all of them. This the sum of government. Do you guys realize how many committees, how much bs posturing, fiefdom protecting and how many work groups and agencies have to have input and meetings to do just print checks.

They probably had to have a work group to write up the write up on how to write up a provisional supplemental on how to change the ink in the printer when printing checks for out of the normal reasons. Not to mention all the BS going into meetings with social distancing.
