If it was just some ladies word with no photos or videos to support them I would tend to ignore them. There's just too much out there however and he has been called to task over his behavior by his own tribe too often for it to be A nothingburger in my opinion. Am dead serious tho, there's A Reason for Mr. Buttigieg's rise. He's A perfect candidate for the left and acceptable to the right. A Harvard grad, Naval officer who served in Afghanistan, 2 term mayor, re-elected with 80% of the vote, he's also openly gay and married, that should tick some boxes for the left.

He's religious and A regular church goer, that will pick away at some of Trumps religious support.

It's true he has no experience with Federal level governance but our last two Presidents have been A community organizer with little experience in Congress before he was elected and A reality T.V. star.

Personally I think the guy is a bit of a moron, and his home town has a pretty high crime rate but that's to be expected with a Democratic leader. I think you are correct, He is the best bet for the Left. He is a likable person, but trust me, not devoid of scandals. So we will see what shakes loose.

Let me put it this way, he's not only the only Dem who has A shot against Trump, he's the only one who scares my right wing friends. Want it all to go away? Fine, then Trump should do what he said he'd do ... 10 years of tax returns, answer Q's under oath, provide Congress the entirety of the Mueller Russian investigative report. Nothing to HIDE? Then prove it or "shut the fuck up!" Pretty simple, actually. I think we all know Trump is a liar of disproportionate size. Thing is he lies every single day about things that are so provable. And now, after Trump saying he didn't get involved in Top Secret Clearances, its now determined he passed them out like tickets to a movie above the recommendations of his security. I say "Put Up or Shut Up!"

Now just imagine if the report DID find wrong doing - BUT the report in it's entirety would not be released. Would you still feel the same way?
