China where the first cases were reported has according to WHO had 89,986 confirmed cases with only 4,728 deaths 0.34 per thousand. I've had Trumpies say to my face well it's because we have more people. So ignorant they have no idea of the truth of their words. The USA has approximately 331,002,651 people at the beginning of this year. China had 1,493,325,776 people, over a billion more.
China like Many other nations started wearing mask, disinfectant and social distancing the first month. We are not doing a better job than the rest of the countries as Trump has claimed too many times. He doubted the existence for over a month, even calling it a Democratic or press plot to make him look bad. Then it was no worse than the flue that kills around 20,000 a year. Well in the past five months it's killed more than eight years of those flue deaths. They should never have been compared to covid in the first place. We have a vaccine for the flue every year only about 10% of the flue deaths were people who did have the shot. So 90% of those people rolled the dice and lost. Some for political reasons choose to roll those dice today.
Failing to take common sense precautions. The mask and distancing isn't a 100% certainty i agree but to take the risk for political reasons is frankly the action of a idiot. Like being in the Jones flock and drinking the kool-aid they all died. Deaths at 1000 a day, 30,000 a month how long will it take to ******* someone you care about. Based on other places if we had pulled together and had truthful leadership thousands of the dead would still be breathing air.
