Obama handled three potential pandemics that never made it to that level because of competence and the American people believed him when he went on tv and told us what they were doing.
Trump lied about the virus for six months. He knew it was a deadly airborne virus and lied about it for several months, before enacting an order to develop a vaccine. The pharma companies were already ahead of him and had begun work a couple of months earlier.
Joe came in with a plan to get ALL Americans the opportunity to get vaccinated before this things morphed again.

MOST were taking the lead from us since we have some of the best facilities in the world.
