My opinion not alot of people truly know what it means. It's the naughty natured peeps that understand. So when approached we tell the truth usually hubby thier with me. My wife had a play date in Punta Cana, DR for a few days this past winter. She had a small QOS tattoo on her ankle and another on her butt cheek. She wore a thong bikini at the pool and topless on the beach. No men approached her or seem to recognize the tattoos. A couple of white women approached her about the tattoos but she felt they knew about it but were more interested in her BBC boyfriend. She did not mention cuckolding, rather that she liked black guys and that they were on vacation.

. My wife wore a small QOS temporary tattoo on her ankle for a week last summer. Went to the mall, supermarket shopping, amusement park, etc and not once did anyone recognize the tattoo. And she was wearing short shorts, yoga pants, bra tops, etc and guys were checking her out, but nothing on the tattoo.
Going to Punta Cana in 2 weeks our third time there on vacation. She never had any action or even looks at her SLAVE tattoo on her ass cheek . Which we didn’t need anything but thong bikini in Mexico and obviously in Jamaica.
