I would see ho reason for your mom not to treat your white wife well, she is not competing for the attention of her boyfriend or husband. Regarding how black women treat white women, or any non black woman, with their sons, they are accepting and see them as family as well. Black families overall will accept whomever their relatives bring home, regardless of how they feel. White families tend to disown their daughters, even physically harm them, cut them off financially, even take their anger out on the black boyfriend(like that racist cop that just got fired when he pulled over hemmed up his daughters back BF). The number of white women I've talked to and heard of being ousted by their families for dating a brother is ridiculous. Daughters gotta keep their BF a secret from their parents n *******. Latinos can be like that as well but not to the same extent as whites as far as I've noticed.

Bottom line, black women aren't doing much to hinder interracial relationships and aren't scheming to break them up, especially if it's a relative bringing them into the family.

okay let me answer it this way. when i was a kid we lived in a all white apartment complex, we lived there for about a 6 months, well this family moved in, farther, mom, two daughters and one *******. well the husband got laid off and money was tight. My mom, gave them food and you know women things. well one day the mom said something to the effect of those "Nigers" and thes e"black men" this. Well mom left the conversation and told us to come home. Well about a month later she noticed one of the ******* digging in the trash, so my mom being a carrying woman with empathy and understanding. Not only fed all three children and took food out of our pantry put in a box and placed a envelope in the box with 100 dollars in it and told me to take it to their apartment and leave it on their door step, which i did. When i got home i asked her why would she do that for people that obviously are racist, her words hit me and still has stayed with me. Just because the parents are assholes, it does not mean the children have to suffer, i am not going to see ******* go hungry". That is the heart of a "black" woman. Just to say one more thing, and i mean this. Just because i date white women, does not mean i dont love and respect all black women, no matter if they are educated or not to me, i came from a "black" woman and to me "Black" women are goddess, and because i may marry or sleep with a white woman, does not mean i will be white and does not mean that black women are not goddess.

amen, but in full disclosure we must also admit that some black men have dropped the ball on certain things, also. but i am starting to see a change in that area and it is a long time coming. i just wish more black men and black women pay attention to political issues also. because none of these issues would happen with the frequency that they are. and i am not saying voting will take care of it because clearly it wont, i am saying stay engaged, there will be fits and starts and set backs, but as long as the community stays engaged things will change, not just for blacks but also for everyone else and they will change for the good.
