Does it need to have a special symbol, like a spade or infinity, or does any anklet imply hotwife status. Etsy people are selling anklets with the wife’s name on them as hotwife anklets.

I’m going to get one, and I’d like to know what qualifies!

There are certain symbols that have meanings but honestly I just believe the meaning has to be implied to those wearing and giving it. So you can go traditional and get some with a spade on it or a QoS or you can find a symbol that has meaning for you two and go that route and enjoy it.
