Allow me to provide you with an example... Several weeks, maybe even months ago, one of you posted an article about a court challenge to Missouri's second amendment preservation act (SAPA)... You didn't count on me actually knowing what the law says, I challenged you to explain the law, repeatedly, instead, you got mad and complained about being asked to explain your opinion.facts with no proof are just opinions
one more time....opinions without facts....are just opinions.....you need someone to explain a law in your state to you......kind of odd i would think.....but your state and your opinions....if i remember right it was a posted article right out of the news....and you disagreed on just your opinionsI challenged you to explain the law,

Rudy Giuliani had his law license suspended. OK he must be the Devil! I mean who other than Lucifer himself would behave so dastardly to have had their law license suspended....I wonder....Yet ANOTHER Republican Devil under investigation.
Citing the suspension of Rudy Giuliani's law license by the state of New York, an activist organization seeks to have Sen. Ted Cruz disbarred over his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
"The complaint against Mr. Cruz, filed by a group called the 65 Project, focuses on baseless assertions by Mr. Cruz about widespread voting fraud in the weeks between Election Day in 2020 and Jan. 6, 2021, as well as his participation in lawsuits protesting the results in Pennsylvania," The New York Times reported Wednesday."The 65 Project’s advisers include the Hillary Clinton ally David Brock and Paul Rosenzweig, a conservative and former Republican who worked on the Ken Starr special prosecution team investigating the Clintons. The 65 Project was formed to hold accountable lawyers involved in a series of lawsuits seeking to undermine President Biden’s victory in 2020." The complaint argued, "just as Mr. Giuliani has been disciplined for his conduct, so should Mr. Cruz."

"In many respects, the question of whether Mr. Crruz aided criminal or fraudulent efforts as already been answered affirmatively by a federal court," the filing argued. "Mr. Cruz chose to offer his professional license to Mr. Trump's arsenal during the latter's assault on our democracy. He cannot be shielded from the consequences of that decision simply because, unlike Mr. Trump's other attorneys, he happens to hold high public office," the complaint argued. "For the reasons set forth above, we respectfully request that the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel investigate Mr. Cruz's conduct and impose appropriate discipline."Poster's Note: ONE OF THE PRIMARY SPREADERS of FALSE FACTS & Hocus Pocus News! Disbar the bastard & toss him in jail.
Wrong, I disagreed based on the actual text of the law, which I clearly know and can explain. The FACT was shown that you posted something without knowing the first thing about the law in question.one more time....opinions without facts....are just opinions.....you need someone to explain a law in your state to you......kind of odd i would think.....but your state and your opinions....if i remember right it was a posted article right out of the news....and you disagreed on just your opinions
It is the same situation with the reply to the question, Have you even seen the film 2000 Mules? The intelligent response would be " No, I haven't watched it or Yes I have." Instead, they give excuses for their closemindedness and become vindictive because the question was asked.Wrong, I disagreed based on the actual text of the law, which I clearly know and can explain. The FACT was shown that you posted something without knowing the first thing about the law in question.
The very first sentence of your article: "Donald Trump-style Republicans in more than 30 states are pushing new laws that basically would make it easier for them to steal future elections..."More scheming & skullduggery by Republicans as they lay their sights to steal yet more elections. Damn, they sure picked the right person to lead them, that's for sure. Who else but one that has been married 3 times but cheated on all 3, one that's declared bankruptcy on the backs of others, who has taken money illegally. No one lies, cheats and steals better than Trump ... didn't take long for the Republican states to pick it all up.

Donald Trump Republicans in more than 30 states are seeking changes that basically would help them try to steal future elections, a new report says.news.yahoo.com
Donald Trump-style Republicans in more than 30 states are pushing new laws that basically would make it easier for them to steal future elections, according to a new report provided to USA TODAY by a group of voting rights organizations. "This trend increases the risk of a crisis in which the outcome of an election could be decided contrary to the will of the people," said the report compiled by three organizations: States United Democracy Center, Protect Democracy, and Law Forward. With 50 proposals passed since the organizations started tracking them at the start of 2021, Bassetti said that "systematic election subversion like we have found is really new."The 2022 edition of an annual report – titled "A Democracy Crisis In The Making" – said proponents are pursuing election subversion through five methods:•

Sorry I could and would if I thought for a second that any part of it was truth. Come out of that deep dark cave, just follow to light, it leads to safetyFact check: How we know the 2020 election results were legitimate, not 'rigged' as Donald Trump claims
Audits and ballot reviews conducted throughout the last year confirm what election officials said from the start: The 2020 election was legitimate.www.usatoday.com
As the nation marks a deadly insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, Donald Trump continued to promote a falsehood that he and his supporters have peddled for more than a year: that the 2020 election was rigged against him.
"Why is it that the Unselect Committee of totally partisan political hacks, whose judgment has long ago been made, (sic) not discussing the rigged Presidential Election of 2020?" the former president said in a Jan. 6 statement, which spokesperson Liz Harrington tweeted. "It's because they don't have the answers or justifications for what happened. "They got away with something, and it is leading to our Country's destruction."
The statement, which has also been widely shared on Facebook, came after President Joe Biden delivered a speech in the Capitol's Statuary Hall in which he criticized Trump and his distortion of the 2020 election results. Biden said Trump and his supporters "held a dagger at the throat of America."On Jan. 6, 2021, Trump supporters stormed the Capitol, pushing through police barricades and smashing windows in an attempt to disrupt Congress' certification of the presidential election results. The events of that day led to five deaths, hundreds of arrests and Trump's second impeachment, as well as the creation of a bipartisan House select committee to investigate the attack. That committee's work is ongoing.
The violent insurrection was predicated on the misguided belief that widespread voter fraud swayed the election in Biden's favor. This was a baseless claim when Trump first made it in late 2020, and the year that passed since has only added to the evidence of the election's legitimacy. Trump's own attorney general, William Barr, said in early December 2020 that the Justice Department had "not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election." Biden won the presidency with 306 electoral votes, which Congress certified in January 2021 after the Capitol riot.Based on our research, we rate FALSE the claim that the 2020 presidential election was "rigged." Lawsuits, recounts, forensic audits and partisan reviews have all affirmed the election results. Officials from both parties have repeatedly debunked claims of widespread voter fraud. With 306 electoral votes, Biden beat Trump in the election.READ THE COMPLETE STORY by clicking on the LINK.
