Implications could be huge and members of the "5 eyes" intelligence services, Australia, New Zealand, U.S. U.K, Canada, are bracing for the impact. We'll see if his claims of A "soft coup" are warranted. I doubt we ever see the full unredacted report of either this or the Mueller probe. Am betting there's some juicy stuff in FISA but am also betting Trump holds back the best stuff to strong arm his political rivals.
