here in Okl they got the Lottery to help with education....problem was.....lottery put in 10 dollars.....state quite putting in 10 dollars....no gain at all!......then they started in on Casinos......same thing....so Casino's quit giving and started giving locally......now all of a sudden we have a major teacher shortage and etc
