I've noticed that when a black man and white woman are in public together they are like magnets to the eyes of other people, especially white women. Yes, white men take a lot of notice of a white woman who is out with a black man. I think a farrago of thoughts and feelings go through their minds, ranging from jealousy and humiliation to interest and arousal.
I know for myself that there's an immediate interest and attraction for the white female. And then I'm keen to find out more about her and their relationship: is she having sex with him?
