U can time the rythm. Condoms, implants or the pill works too but if you want to stay natural its important to time it with the cycle and you can use spermicide vaginal cream (its supposed to work)!

Try the foam contraceptive you put it in before sex worked great for my wife used it for years
With a new guy we definitely start with condoms.

Have sex in the low stage of fertility and pour the cream into your mouth so that you don't lose any of the cum!!.
