Bars/Clubs in Hartford, CT where it is all black male clientele?

I'm looking for a bar/club where my wife can go to pick up a black gentleman. I am curious if there is a place that only has black male clientele and the only white people there are women looking to serve black gentlemen. Is there such a place in or near Hartford, CT? I will also consider places near Boston, MA or NYC. Thanks so much!

Is your wife comfortable going to any bar on her own? The thought of her going alone to a bar filled with Black men, with the intent of getting picked up and having sex that night, is breathtaking.
