you know we haven't had the wall in how long now.....and wasn't an issue....and used to be a civil matter when they were caught...and local authorities either threw them in jail or sent them back....then comes the ones that have been here a while and want to stay......both parties worked out an agreement and things were fine....even this president up until a few months ago had several in his employ in several of his hotels
