I get my videos and pics stolen all the time, if its older content, just consider it promo material. Yeah, you can have it taken down and all that jazz, but its really not worth the hassle to me when I could spend that time making new.

It has come to my attention people are stealing videos of mine on here and posting them on other pornography sites as their own. If you've had this happen to you, or don't know it's happening, please make sure you keep a lookout. You can have things removed under DMCA but Blacktowhite with all it's policies and terms needs to get rid of the download function on the videos to somewhat deter people from stealing videos or at least allow watermarks on videos.

I would love to have everyone chime in on this thread and post any of their findings or of their own situations.

I am so glad you raised this! I wasn't initially aware of the download button when I first joined up happily uploaded my personal pics and videos. I have no idea why that function even exists but it encouraging the theft of media not belonging to other users.

@BBCinNJ88 in order to have the B2W watermark show in your videos you have to put a watermark on it prior to uploading, which again is quite silly but that seems to be the only way to get the watermark feature to work.
