My wife and I are happily married, with *******, early 30s. I would love to expand the kinds of things we do in the bedroom... or elsewhere... hopefully using toys and or porn.
However, we had a "rule" against toys. I recently suggested we get her a butt plug since she sometimes like when I put my finger in there or apply pressure there. She said no, no toys. I'll probably be asking again each time she enjoys that, though.
I'd also like to get her a dildo that's just slightly bigger than me (but I can pass off as "close enough") and use it when I eat her out or we do 69, which she really enjoys. I haven't pitched this one yet since I think it's a big leap and was thinking other stuff should come first.
I did get some wrist restraints and a blindfold(neither have been introduced), which arguably aren't toys, so I'm hoping that playing with those will open her up more. I'm also planning to use the "let's have sex" game as a partial excuse to try out the restraints and/or blindfold. (We use sex dice sometimes)
On the Porn front: I've been inspired a lot by it to try things she now likes. However, this isn't open information, because she thinks (based on what crazy baptists have said) that it's really bad and basically makes people pedos. So basically, it's really bad in her mind. At the same time, she's a really logical person, so we get along great regardless of religious, political, and artistic taste disagreements.
I'm thinking that watching more romantic movies and the like with some intimate scenes, (recommendations welcome) may let me associate watching those scenes with us getting frisky. And then hopefully moving things from there to more overtly sexual movies. and then from there, maybe softcore? Any suggestions on softcore? I personally don't know where to find that...
I've been giving her lots of compliments and attention, dates, flowers, sex, etc, lately for a number of reasons, but largely to help her be confident in the bedroom and not feel self conscience about her body or worried at all about our relationship as, hopefully, things progress.
