I’ve seen mixed info on this, but most studies I see do allude to white men having a higher sperm count. Usually I either see them being about the same or white men having a slightly higher count. This could be very well what you mentioned, that less are needed for black men to get the job done.

With that said, there are studies that show having an orgasm increases chance of conception by 15%. It is believed to be because of the “upsuck theory” on which when a woman orgasms, the uterus contracts and actually pulls the semen up into it.
