I gotta say, it was very interesting reading the many various perspectives on this topic. I hate to see when arguing amongst the group happens, especially given that I resonate with both sides of the argument.
Not sure if my opinion matters, but I will agree that I’ve caught the vibe from not just white women, but women in general that the Black man is considered a “downgrade” from the typical all-American white man. I’ve been told face to face that we Black men are only good for sports, entertainment, and fucking; however, it’s important to understand that not all women feel this way, especially given the current climate in which we live these days (I’ve got four mixed babies, and yes, all from the same woman lol)…
Nevertheless, I do always appreciate good conversation, and this topic definitely opened the door for that. To those who may have been offended by anything said in the post earlier, please don’t take anything personal. We’re all human beings and we’re all entitled to our own feelings and opinions, and it’s important that we maintain a sense of respect for one another’s viewpoints. Much love everyone

I'm afraid a lot of has been said in the video and the thread does apply to relationships all across the board. From school, we all discriminate between different potential partners: no one wants to be seen with the nerd of their class, with the fatty girl, the smelly guy... Race just adds more prejudice to all those attitudes. I believe if you are Jew or Black you may be more susceptible to feel being treated as less of a badge of honor. Religion and history don't speak good of you - no offense, I'm an educated person and know how bullshit that is.
But you see, think of how women are being treated in predominantly male work environment: not at valued colleagues worth to share a lunch with, but as somebody here said, as spoils of war, good for a good lay if she looks good. I had white lady colleagues who felt ignored and even mistreated by male co-workers because of their looks. I experienced the opposite. And then your own would think you're successful bc you fucked the boss. Of course, if you're together with a white woman, you won't be more successful as a black man. And for the white woman it's even an extra burden. Unless, she's already successful in business or gives a ******* about all of it.
