I'm the third teacher giving the same opinion... it is not a matter of age. In a teacher-student relationship, there is a person in a position of power and the other is often easily impressionable. The cases of students who belive they have found the love of their lives among the teachers are common. Other students just find very appealing the idea of "fucking" their teachers. In both cases, a person cannot use his job to find sex with youngsters, and his working decisions would be conditioned at all times by that relationship.

Was about to say the same. Teaching is not another relationship like employment. It's more comparable to that between parents and children. Parents delegate their responsibility on teachers and professors to have their ******* educated to be professionals and have a solid future in their lives. The answer is not clear, teachers who have been convicted have had their cases overturned due to the Equal Protection Clause under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. They lose their job but suffer no legal action as the court determined no crime was committed. Suppressing human desire is virtually impossible.

See you are passing your own moral judgement and ethical standards on others because you can "find sex out of school." Trust me those teachers I've seen are good looking women and could get sex anywhere they choose too. They happen to be in close proximity of someone they found they liked who is of legal age. I think a lot of it has to do with teacher trying to relate to the student or even be friends. Then to them develop a relationship with them. Also some are emotionally to immature. I personally know a teacher that did this and it wasn'ta huge surprise.

I completely agree. I’m not endorsing what is sexual exploitation. Minors should not be targeted. And the boundaries between teacher and pupils over 18 are to be respected also by law.
