For us it is: hubby does the contacts and research and reviews with the wife and she decides... How we work..
Why not let the wife decide after you get a list of the black bulls then she knows it ultimately is her choice?
After contact and vetting is done we review the list together and she does decide which one or group is her choice if any. Then meeting is scheduled.

Personal thoughts... This doesn't strike me as a control situation. I know of many wives who value their husband's input when selecting playmates. I believe the most important thing is that the final decision lays with her, which this situation seems to be.

Both my Woman and me did not want to exclude any of us because we considered any "side-action" to be something that we did together as a couple, foremost. It actually created a lot of trust between us and was the basis for uncountable amounts of us sharing our fantasies, naughty talk and roleplay when we were just the two of us prior to a playdate, before we were able to arrange something.

I don't think that's the issue! I think the issue is the husband pretending to be the wife, and not talking to the wife at all. It's wasting the Bull's time. Ultimately it's the wife's decision, not the husband!
I can only go by what people actually post. Not what "they meant to say".
