We always had a big party at our house after the convention. I was good friends with Nina Hartley and many other porn stars. From what I’ve read, there are cases on both sides. I know some women have spoken out about bad experiences (Bonnie Rotten, for example), but others, like Carter Cruise and Jessie Andrews, have moved on to successful second careers with no regrets.
