Whats the best resort in punta cana for teasing?

I dont think my wife is ready for something wild, but definitely she is getting in the path, so i would like to be in a resort where is easy to be exhibit here, she likes to be seen but maybe if we get in a vanilla place where people can socialize.

I have read that employees from punta cana like to tease wife and they try to approach guest in a sexual way. is that true? and if is whats the best resort for that?
Im looking for something like encourage a spontaneous scenario like a massage from a male employee or something like that

is topless allowed in resort pools? we are looking for topless pools and if posible she can walk around pool areas jsut with a g string and competely topless.

I do know that some resorts have a topless area. I would try breathless resort. I believe they do.
