Experiences like this was happening back.then a lot more than people can ever realize. Although he was never caught, my black husbands granddaddy was said to be a real ladies man who claims that when he was younger, he had long term relationships with about a half-dozen white wives, two of them.were sisters, obviously always being very discreet, where in different ways, the wives would come to him in different locations. There is an undeniable allure for almost all white women towards black men. Much of that attraction is organic and natural and would happen freely and joyfully if not for societal mores and pressures. The problem is here in America, we have a long shadow cast over us from hundreds of years ago. That shadow is slavery how most every black person came to this continent centuries ago, so this is how white saw them. They were property and somehow lesser humans. This barbaric attitude carried forward post slavery to even this day. Once slavery ended, white women and free black men were able to freely interact, that natural attraction took hold, and they ended up in each other's arms. This was alarming to white men; they felt threatened by these black men. This is how those laws forbidding interracial marriages came about. Of course, this added a taboo factor to the attraction.
I feel your husband's grandfather and dad are prime examples of how it was back "in the day" where it had to be kept secret for the safety of the lovers. The fact that many of their white lovers were wives married to white men speaks to this. This would have been mortifying to those husbands if they ever found out. Those wives would have been ostracized by the society of the day.
On a personal note; as a loving husband of white woman who is attracted to black men and loves having sex with them, I understand why those white men felt threatened. Deep down, I have those same feelings but have chosen in the past to let my wife act on her natural lust for black cock, with mixed feelings on my part.
