It IS necessary, but the committee knows if they put him under Oath he'll do as the others preceeding him did ... take the 5th and it would further infuriate his brainwashed followers. Look, I have countered your points in the past with facts from articles, etc, but since you're enraged when someone challenges you, you claim that they are my "personal" opinions... Yes they are, and yours are your personal opinions too...
