STDS are usually discussed once both parties have agreed that they are interested in meeting that's why for the most part people don't discuss it so much.

Wouldnt a false account be against the rules? You can create all the anonimity you want in youir account. Its a huge deal and as JDingo619's says should be completely discussed prior and if in doubt then walk away.

What dimension is this where 75% of female QoS posts aren't people born as men posing as people born as women?
Most people are practicing safe sex especially with untested partners. If you are not you are playing Russian Roulette with 5 bullets in the revolver. We love bareback sex and cream pies etc,but we don't love potentially life long STDs and possible death. Get tested, play safe until you know that your partner or partners are safe!
With so many of these types of women (no need to describe them, everyone know exactly what they look like) who will gladly gangbang bareback with complete strangers, venereal diseases are rife in this type of so-called lifestyle. There is a thread here with the title "How many men's sperm have you had in you at the same time?" Another thread title is of a women who goes home with a bull's sperm leaking out of her ass. When you reduce yourself to having sexual intercourse with these types of women, the result is a foregone conclusuion. They are regarded as pure trash in the sexual health community, with the view that if they want to behave like degenerate creatures, that is their problem. many of these types of women already have children, so even though they are cariers of many STDs, they have got the baby-making part done,. The real problem is when black men sleep with hese types of women and then go and sleep with women in their own communities. And also for younger black men who have not had children yet. They could be damaging their reproductive systems by risking having sex with such STD-ladden women.
i believe that most people who are in the lifestyle and have multiple partners - no matter at the same time or sequential - do have their safety rules in place. It is sort of expected. At the same time it is not sexy to talk about. Perhaps that's why there are not many threads with this topic on a sex forum site. But as a long time member i can recall that those threads do pop up every now and then. So yes, it is being discussed.
Yes STD/HIV is a serious thing you have to acknowledge and take precaution. I know some couples require test to see if your clean, however those don't really help because unless you plan to lock that individual up until you receive the results the test means nothing. I play safe mostly with condoms. I've played with no condoms, but I knew the risks and with communication with the other couple it felt right and I was a regular so it felt safe. Just be aware of the risk so do your best to limit the risk by not going raw with every person your with.

Im not commenting on the content of this post but it's nice to see alternative views not being censored.
Since I’ve hit my thirties, I’ve been very candid and honest with any potential partners about my expectations if we hook up. I love fucking raw so I’ll only deal with a partner who’s does as well but they also must be willing to get tested regularly and also willing to try contraceptives other than condoms if they can still get pregnant. I’m not in “the lifestyle” as it pertains to this site but me and a couple buddies have a small group of chicks we all share from time to time and we all get tested regularly. Tbh I thought that was standard procedure if you’re in any group sex or sharing lifestyle.
