So would others who are members of this site. But how many of those you see at Target, Starbucks or Costco do you think are also members of this site? 
TBH i wouldn't think much of it if i saw you wearing those because it's a plain spade rather than a QoS and could easily be just a fashion statement instead of a lifestyle statement.
But it would definitely have an impact with other lifestyle symbols added. If you wore those shoes with an anklet for instance, it would have been a pretty obvious sign ImO. If you want to keep it more discreet there is no need for writing attached like "Hot", "Slut", "BBC" or likewise. - A simple ankle bracelet with alternating black and white beads should be good enough as that symbolic is rather well-known within the lifestyle community. If you don't have one yet, get it! And please post a pic in this thread that shows how well it suits you combined with your sneakers.
