So you refuse to provide PROOF for your claims despite never ending whining requests for others to supply proof of their claims.

Why it's almost like you're a hypocrite...

Oh boy ... the LIAR'S Liar in back in the news, with a video of the back slap that almost killed Rudy Giuliani, so he said ....

"He could have easily hit me, knocked me to the ground and killed me." But many people expressed skepticism over Giuliani's account, especially after viewing store surveillance video first reported by the New York Post.

The video — which was shared by political commentor Ron Filipkowski and viewed at least 3.6 million times — shows Giuliani standing amid a small crowd inside a ShopRite. A man later identified by NYPD officials as Daniel Gill, 39, walks behind Giuliani and slap him on the back, the video shows.

YOU MAKE THE CALL - Look At The VIDEO And Determine, was it an attempted DEATH BLOW or was it simply to get Rudy Giuliani's attention?

Poster's Note:
The guy basically swears at Rudy while he was having conversation with other people, but nowhere near a "back slap that could have killed him" as he told reporters. In fact, the guy was simply getting Rudy's attention so Rudy would hear what he had to say. For that, police took him into custody for 26 hours. So much for Free Speech. I bet if the guy had spoken "praising words" to Rudy, Rudy would have waved or shook his hand and that would have been that, but Rudy was offended by what the guy was saying to him in front of Rudy's friends.

If Rudy thinks THAT was an attempted Death Blow, he's really going to be surprised when he gets to prison. Hope they put him in with the general population ... just for a few days. I bet he cries like a baby on the way to prison.

I really do hope Rudy & Donald get to share jail cells even if it's just for a week or so.

thanks trump....there will never be an honest election now...the GOP will fight everyone of them

GOP lawmaker alleges fraud in Utah primary election. State says there is no fraud

A Republican state lawmaker raised a question about fraud in Utah’s GOP primary election in an inflammatory social media post over the weekend, but state officials say every voter — all eight of them — were able to cast a ballot for their preferred candidates.

Rep. Phil Lyman, R-Blanding, posted on Facebook early Sunday morning that he had several “reports” from people who claimed a voting machine changed their in-person vote for Sen. Mike Lee to Becky Edwards. Lyman, who tried to get rid of the state’s mail-in voting system after making claims of election anomalies during the 2020 presidential election, offered no proof, but wrote, “Utah Voter Fraud?” over an image of the American flag.

The Utah Lieutenant Governor’s Office, which oversees elections in the state, saw social media posts alleging irregularities and looked into the claim. Ryan Cowley, state elections director, said only eight voters in Wasatch County had used the machine.

“From everything that we’ve seen, the votes were recorded correctly for those voters,” Cowley told KSL-TV and KSL Newsradio.

'Rig the system': GOP candidates for secretary of state run on Trump's election denial platform.

WASHINGTON – Colorado Republican secretary of state candidate Tina Peters champions former President Donald Trump's unfounded claim that the 2020 election results were fraudulent even though he hasn't endorsed her in the state’s GOP primary. Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, who won the GOP nomination for a second term, has Trump's endorsement despite being more cautious in criticizing the 2020 election results.

There are various shades of Trump support among Republicans running for their party’s primary nomination for the 27 secretary of state seats up for grabs this year.

Trump has endorsed four GOP secretary of state candidates – in Ohio, Georgia, Michigan and Arizona – as well as Pennsylvania’s GOP gubernatorial winner Doug Mastriano, who has the authority to appoint his state’s top election official. Trump’s secretary picks won in Ohio but lost in Georgia, and his Michigan hopeful has been unofficially named the GOP candidate. The Arizona race is Aug. 2.

Josh Hawley longs to make states unlivable for Democrats so Republicans can maintain power forever: commentator

MSNBC producer Ja'han Jones wrote on Monday that it's clear Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) wants to make red states a hostile place for Democrats to live.

Writing on the MSNBC blog, Jones cited Hawley's comments, “I think we will see a major sorting out across the country that is already underway, as we speak, as states move to change their laws or adopt new laws in response to this decision."

He went on to say, “More and more red states, they’re going to become redder, and purple states are going to become red, and the blue states are going to get a lot bluer."

Jones wondered if the claim that purple states would get redder is coming from the idea of voter suppression. He thinks that the GOP will take over, however, and that liberals will be scared into other states as if Democratic voters all have the funding available to simply up and relocate themselves and their families.

He also explained that the "Electoral College that has historically given conservative states outsize power." So, states like Wyoming, which has a population 14 times less the size of New York City has as much power as the state of New York in the U.S. Senate and gets an automatic two Senators, one for every 290,000 citizens. Where New York gets two senators per nearly ever 10 million people.

“I would look for Republicans, as a result of this in time, to extend their strength in the Electoral College,” he said. “And that’s very good news for those of us who want to see Republican presidents elected, that want to see a Supreme Court that remains conservative.”

As Jones explained, "that’s fascism."

The idea that a red state would be so unlivable for non-conservatives just to take over political power is akin to a kind of legislative civil war.

'This isn’t the strategy of politicians who intend to live in a country where people make decisions of their own volition. This is an authoritarian plot to offer Americans three options: Comply, run or be crushed," Jones explained.

Hawley, he explained, is "flaunting" the GOP's war on American democracy. He closed by comparing it to Russian President Vladimir Putin's efforts in Ukraine to terrorize them so much that they leave and his people can take over.

There was violence’: Morning Joe shocked by delight Alito took in ‘radical’ ruling taking away abortion rights

Joe Scarborough was astonished by the "violence" implied by the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that overturned abortion rights.

The majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito took a confrontational tone in striking down Roe v. Wade, and the "Morning Joe" host said he and his fellow lawyer friends noticed the delight he seemed to take in the "radical" move.

"That is one thing that friends of mine, pro-life friends of mine, conservative lawyers of mine, and others underlie, it wasn't just the holding taking away a fundamental right over the past 50 years," Scarborough said. "They found the tone to be confrontational, and anyone who has followed the Supreme Court, anyone who has read constitutional law knows that most justices, especially in landmark decisions, bend over backwards to explain how this is not a radical move, this is -- we are moving forward, and we're moving in the direction that this country has been moving in, and we are understand there are problems, and they'll round off some of the harsher edges. They will give something to their opponents, their legal or ideological opponents."

There was none of that there," Scarborough added. "I've got to say, more than any Supreme Court decision I've ever read, it was -- even the language, there was a violence to the reasoning. We win, you lose. We're taking away these rights, and there's nothing you can do about it. Please, if somebody disagrees with me, please let me know where a court has overruled a right that's been in place for 50 years and done so in such an aggressive manner with absolutely no grace and absolutely no outreach to their legal or ideological opponents."

Thanks for finally fessing up that you were just parroting rumors with zero proof Mr. Hypocrite.

Now why won't you accept the bet I proffered based on YOUR claim? If there are no current sitting Republican Senators found guilty and in jail by the general election on Nov 8, you will leave the site forever. If any one current sitting Republican Senator is found guilty and in jail by the general election on Nov 8, you will leave the site forever.

I mean if as YOU claimed it is likely lots will be in jail, this should be a cake walk...you only need one to be found guilty....Either way you get your wish, no more hassles from me.

ok, you're now changing the discussion again away from questioning the topic of the senator's reputation to us making a bet. A little HYPOCRITE yourself, aren't you?
I provided the source articles as did subhub on the senator ... whether they're reliable or not, we'll just see. If it was a major source like Time, ect I'd just tell you to fuck off. Still, I was honest and admitted that I got the info from "A SOURCE" whether credible or not. You never say anything about your associates who NEVER provide their sources ... NEVER! Why not? Afraid to answer THAT one?

Still, you & I need to resolve our differences faster than wait until the end of the year. That's why I suggested you & I meet in Shelbyville KY.
Same distance of a drive and I'll take a day off work just to meet you at YOUR CONVENIENCE to resolve our issue face-to-face. When we return to our respective homes one of us may agree not to be on this site any longer, who knows. But the main thing, our differences will be "resolved".
My time is actually YOUR time ... its YOUR CALL.
OR, are you just a little ........
gif_chicken3.gifgif_CRAP.gif

Personally, I just get tired of you following me around on this site making your sarcastic remarks to start arguments. I've asked you many times to stop and you persist ... now you post dislikes to anything I post. I say let's you & I resolve the issue you have.

You were honest for a change, admitting you were spreading rumors. Remember your hypocrisy when you spew on about others proof.

That's why I suggested you & I meet in Shelbyville KY.
Why would I meet anyone off the internet who has publicly stated I and half the conservative posters here should be shot?

I say let's you & I resolve the issue you have.
I proffered a bet which would most certainly resolve any issues we have. If you believe as YOU stated that "By the time mid-terms get here a lot of Republican senators are likely be in jail." then take the bet: If there are no current sitting Republican Senators found guilty and in jail by the general election on Nov 8, you will leave the site forever. If any one current sitting Republican Senator is found guilty and in jail by the general election on Nov 8, you will leave the site forever.

Why won't you take the bet? Are you

#1 Trump knew the crowd had weapons, didn’t care

Hutchinson told the Jan. 6 select committee that Trump was frustrated that magnetometers were keeping his supporters away from the Ellipse for his speech that preceded the Capitol riot.

The Secret Service had set up magnetometers, often referred to as mags, on the Ellipse to screen for weapons. Many rally attendees, however, had opted to watch Trump’s remarks from the lawn near the Washington Monument rather than the Ellipse so they would not have their weapons confiscated, according to Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), the vice chairwoman of the committee. That angered Trump, who was particularly concerned with the crowd size at his speech, according to Hutchinson.

The ex-aide testified that between two and three minutes before Trump took the stage for his speech, she overheard the president asking for the mags to be taken away because people with weapons were “not here to hurt me.”

#2 Trump tries to wrestle steering wheel from detail

Hutchinson told the committee on Tuesday that Trump lunged at his security detail and tried to grab the steering wheel in a presidential vehicle when he was told he would not be going to the Capitol after his speech at the Ellipse. Ornato told Hutchinson that Trump became “irate” in the Beast when he learned that he was not going to the Capitol and “had a very strong, a very angry response to that,” according to the ex-aide’s testimony.

“The president said something to the effect of ‘I’m the effing president, take me up to the Capitol now,’ to which [Engel] responded, ‘sir, we have to go back to the West Wing,’” Hutchinson testified.

#3 ‘Ketchup dripping down the wall’

Hutchinson testified on Tuesday that Trump, on a number of occasions, threw dishes at the wall in moments of frustration. She described what she saw after The Associated Press published a story in which then-Attorney General William Barr said the Department of Justice did not find any evidence of voter fraud that would have changed the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Hutchinson said she heard noise from down the hallway and poked her head outside to see what was going on. A valet told the aide that the president had wanted Meadows in the dining room. “The valet had articulated that the president was extremely angry at the attorney general’s AP interview and had thrown his lunch against the wall, which was causing him to have to clean up. So I grabbed a towel and started wiping the ketchup off of the wall to help the valet out,” she said.
#4 Meadows and Giuliani asked for pardons

Hutchinson told the committee on Tuesday that Meadows and former Trump personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani requested presidential pardons related to Jan. 6. The ex-aide said Giuliani suggested he was interested in receiving a pardon, and that Meadows indicated he was interested in receiving a presidential pardon. “Mr. Meadows did seek that pardon. Yes, ma’am,” she responded to Cheney’s question.

Hutchinson previously told the committee that Republican Reps. Matt Gaetz (Fla.), Mo Brooks (Ala.), Louie Gohmert (Texas), Andy Biggs (Ariz.) and Scott Perry (Pa.) asked for presidential pardons for their part in voting to overturn the election results in particular states on Jan. 6. That revelation came in last week’s public hearing.
#5 Meadows said Trump ‘thinks Mike deserves it’

Hutchinson also offered testimony that detailed what was happening at the White House as rioters stormed the Capitol, including the reactions of top figures regarding chants for Vice President Mike Pence to be hanged. The ex-aide told the committee that she heard Trump, Meadows and the White House counsel talking about the “hang Mike Pence” chants that were being heard outside the Capitol.

“I remember Pat saying something to the effect of ‘Mark, we need to do something more, they’re literally calling for the vice president to be effing hung,’” Hutchinson said in a video of previous testimony, referring to then-White House counsel Pat Cipollone.

WASHINGTON — Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and other liberals are calling on Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to protect passengers facing a deluge of problems at airports nationwide as airlines struggle to meet demand.

In a letter to Buttigieg on Tuesday, Sanders acknowledged passengers' frustrations with flight delays, cancelations and high prices and called on the Department of Transportation to take "immediate action" to mitigate these issues.

Too bad your heresay queen's testimony is falling apart so fast.

However, a source close to the Secret Service confirmed to CBS News that Engel and the driver are prepared to testify under oath that neither man was physically attacked or assaulted by Trump and that the former president never lunged for the steering wheel of the vehicle.

“The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was in fact written by Eric Herschmann on January 6, 2021,” a Herschmann spokesperson said. “All sources with direct knowledge and law enforcement have and will confirm that it was written by Mr. Herschmann.”

Given the Herschmann note revelation, why haven't you called for Hutchinson to be put in jail for perjury?
