Okay, what I could finde out is:
Her name is Nicole R. Rasenti and the tattoo is real. Possibly even a QoS Tattoo!!! Venus also took her for other advertisement. You can see the same tattoos, its her. And looks like there might be a Q inside the spades.
Didn't finde any socialmedia of her to profe it thought...

Somebody just liked my comment and that got me hooked again!
I did a bit more of stalking and finaly found her insta.

So:
- She is married to a white man.
- Both of them have plenty of tattoos.

In so many shots it is not clearly visable and you had to zoom in.
Then I found one, super clear, super close and well... not a QoS tattoo sadly
Hoped I just exposed a QoS Cuckold relationship. Sadly we have to say:

Does the tattoo still have the same meaning within the lifestyle without the Q in the middle of it? Could it mean something different without the Q if she's not in the lifestyle?

I met a chick in bar about 6 years back who had an ace of spades tattoo!

Now I asked her about it, and it means something entirely different to the queen. But I held out hope that she got asked about it enough, and it got misinterpreted enough, that eventually it had the same outcome as a Q.
