I've only seen that twitter video from her on Jeff FM, I haven't listened to that podcast.
Not really (unfortunately), but I suspect that, with the quality content we are getting in terms of interracial porn, lots more people will be comfortable saying they enjoy it (I'd love to see white guys admit to it too).
