I don't think it's about being black or white per se, it's about how aroused the woman is at the point where using condoms has to be decided (which of course may or may not have a certain correlation with race, but that's a whole another subject..). I've personally never had a girl ask me to wear a condom after I've given her pussy a good licking, even if we had actually talked about using protection beforehand. But once you've already given them a couple of orgasms, I find that they won't complain when you just slide it in bare and eventually fill her with your seed.
Women are suckers for spontaneity (something that putting on a condom will completely ruin), as well as being "taken" by the man. You can do the math and find the answer to why there are so many unplanned pregnancies, even though every woman will claim that they always use condoms outside of relationships. Basically, they often end up leaving it up to the guy if he wants to wear one...
