Not only does the cervix and uterus move in deeper as the vagina elongates with more arousal, the head of the penis usually goes up the rear wall a couple of inches deeper in than the cervix. I think calling them a cervical orgasm is a mistake, and just beneficial for sex instructors that sell content. If it's a real orgasm, it just feels different because pressure is on a different erogenous zone, the fornix / cervix.
