There is nothing to "explain." It's just a simple fact of biology that penises do not "shrink" from anything, including non-use. That's not how human tissue works. You can't "extend" a penis or "shrink" a penis any way other than surgically. You're the one making the assertion that you can. Therefore, it s incumbent upon you to provide proof.

I think has to do more with the "show'er or grower" concept. Some men show their length when soft. I'm one of them. It ranges from 4-5 inches soft. If I were put in a chastity device that prevented the ******* from engorging it in a soft state, then it would appear smaller than my normal soft state when taking it out of chastity. Especially if it was in there a long time. But when taken out of chastity, and it gets hard, it grows to its full length. I imagine erectile dysfunction may have some effect on that for some men though.
But I believe that if chastity was no longer used, that it would eventually return to its natural state of being the same size when soft.
