no, what happens at lots of times is human resources is brought in after the WW who is just bullshitting gets hassles by other whites for being cool with a black guy or she starts liking a white guy who works there too, he says something to her about you talking to her. so to get you out her face she goes to HR on the black guy seen it happen then some are just racists
