I don't have a dog in this fight, but there are folks who are cross dressers, some who consider themselves transgender and stay with natural breasts. Some keep their penis. Some have reassignment surgery. Some do hormones. Some get implants. I guess I don't get what your'e saying, there is a whole world of options out there. You just seem kinda disrespectful to the original poster.
Transgender means transitioning, regardless of pre op or post op otherwise wouldn't be terms for it.
