We have been to BMFC a few times and had good nights on each occasion. The hostess sets the expected standards of behaviour and everybody tows the line. We went to the same club a few times in a row and my wife kept hooking up with the same guy which she really liked - they hardly needed to speak in the end. They would just lock eyes, he'd take her hand and they'd walk off to find somewhere with me following hoping my erect dick wasn't as obvious as it felt! It seemed that people engaged with each other more easily than on regular swingers' nights as couples at BMFC are often looking for a single male rather than another couple.
