Betas, have your cocks gotten smaller?

I'm looking for non surgical methods to make it even smaller.. caging is ok, but not very effective..
I want to get around 2inch or less.
Obviously the balks have to shrink as well..
Ideally lose any ability to get hard

No. When I'm unlocked it is smaller for a day or so but soon bounces back. I've been almost constantly locked for 3 years.

We're all different I guess.
