Not very safe to leave the resorts, on the resorts not much chance to interact with the locals and in general the men are quite small....not your BBC so to speak

Went to a sandals resort, had a nightclub, my impression was as follows... there was this unspoken rule, the way things are. 1. People wanted to buy weed, 2. A lot of white women were looking to hook up. Both happened pretty much in plain sight.
