I think too many people just don't have enough exposure to members of other races. Black people don't have enough exposure to Asians and vice versa. "Not being into" is sometimes due to not having any in the first place. If there were more exposure between cultures and races, it would be a much different story.

I agree with you, but I lived in 3 cities in 3 different Asian countries (Japan, China, India). I'm not with the military, so I lived in very nice housing in major cities. While some were curious, their responses were always, "we can't, our family would disapprove." While I completely understand the basis for that thinking, I thought there would be more "free thinking" Asian women, both abroad and here in the U.S. They are few and far between! They had no problem when it came to white men, so that leads me to believe it wasn't 100% family related (most of their families didn't even know they were screwing around with the white executives).
Spoke to my filipina ex about this. Early on into our relationship we were talking about skin colours, she was insecure as she is considered dark skinned in the Philippines (over there apparently anything not fully pale is considered morena/dark skinned). She told me that most people consider Morena's as 2nd class citizens, the darker the lower class, and families seem to disprove of mixing with darker skinned in fear of lowering their class or something to that effect (her words not mine).

I started to add that Thai and Filipino women may be the exceptions. But it would have felt as if I was putting them down, and they are just as beautiful and more seductively intoxicating than many other Asian women.
They're definitely beautiful and many LOVE sex. From my interactions with thai/Filipina women they're often open to have sex with black men, but they're more afraid not to get judged by their families.
