We usually issue a warning or a request that you delete any material that violates either the rules or the Mission Statement. If you fail to do so in a timely manner, we will do it for you.
A moderator can not delete an account, so if yours was deleted, it was done by either one of the website owners or an Administrator and they would not have done so arbitrarily without warning. If you accumulate enough warnings, you will have your account suspended for a period of time with subsequent violations incurring deletion.
So either you were way out of line or, more likely, if it occurred sometime in the last week or two, it may have been accidentally deleted during the period that the website was experiencing trouble on the old server and the process of moving everything to the new server. We lost a lot of material and posting during that change over.

If there was no warning, then it is doubtful that it was intentionally deleted as we take those opportunities to instruct others as to what they shouldn't be doing and why.
If it was lost during the server problems and cut-over, no one would have know about it to e-mail about it.
No reason for you to be assuming anyone did anything dishonorable.

Let's put things into their proper perspective:
You're talking about lost posts on an internet sex forum. Not Nobel Prize winning research, not a doctoral thesis that you've been working on for seven years, not a presentation for work that could land your firm a multimillion dollar account, not the cure for cancer, not tomorrow's winning lottery numbers, but posts on an internet sex forum. Okay, so you claim to have put a lot of thought and work into it, guess what? The posts were lost, the sun will still come up tomorrow unless you are living in a region within or near the Arctic or Antarctic Circle and you are experiencing 24 hours of darkness right now. In other words, get over yourself.
Do you think that you're the only one that lost posts? There are hundreds, probably more than a thousand posts on this site every day (and I'm sure that you aren't the only one who puts thought into their posts), all of which from that day were lost because of the transfer of data from the old server to the new server. There were people who created accounts on that particular day, other people who lost posts, yet you are the only one throwing a hissy fit about it.
Thanks! It's great to know that out of the THOUSANDS of members registered on this website ONLY 100 definitely have a complaint and that it isn't more than maybe a few hundred. Less than 1%!!!!
In the realm of "you can't please all the people all the time", I'd say that's pretty darn good! WAY better than government work.
Now this is strange coming from someone who INSTANTLY assumed and accused the moderators of intentionally fucking with his *******.
Actually, as your main bitches were that we intentionally deleted your stuff, didn't give you any warning and that if there were problems with the server we should have posted a notice, it would seem that instead of instantly criticizing, you need to look at the announcements section to see if someone posted anything about something going on that might be effecting you.
I understand that there were a few threads opened in the general discussion forum regarding the website problems as well.
I guess it's easier to jump to conclusions, accuse and complain than it is to do a little research or check the announcement section to see if there are any .... ANNOUNCEMENTS.
