You may be the OP, but unless you can prove you were the photographer and have a verifiable model release, it is immaterial.



As you are not to my knowledge recognized world wide as the authority on legal issues as pertaining to this subject and are not in the legal position to accept responsibility for the material you posted, what you claim to have been informed of is meaningless.
However, thank you for acknowledging that THE ONLY emphasis on what is acceptable is the websites Rules. As representative of the website, I have determined the picture to be inappropriate.



While there may not be nudity involved in the particular image, there is nudity and sexual content within the rest of the website. We see no reason to give an overzealous government agency cause to possibly subject the website to expensive, drawn out litigation.

I forget what this was about... So here is a funny video of a black guy having trouble with a neighborhood dog.

Seems like the worry that the government might come get cha is pressing... No one can help in that case since mere group made rules (such as a website's) are not official laws and for any pretense, valid or trumped up, a government might still seek to act on what laws it chooses to try and enforce.

In said posted video: If the dog can represent the government then nothing can be done to fix that threat by hammering on one's fellow housemates (users and visitors and staff alike), since all are trapped inside. Even if the task is to act as moderator toward one's fellow housemates...

All said, I am not here to cause you drama nor give headaches. I am here to have fun. I have other stuff to post and am not looking to butt heads on a few images.
