I really sent this funny image to my own LAWYER, via MMS, and he got a laugh. We were going to lunch and he was telling me, with small talk, a bit about his growing pains raising a family. He has a ******* about that age and could appreciate the humor depicted. No one was arrested nor fined for the image, seen below, sent.

Under your view of the 'no persons under 18 EVER' action, said image would be not allowed. Even in a thread such as this devoted to humor. Again, I get what you are aiming for, to keep the site safe, so I think it should be pointed out that rules needs to have better language applied to them as to what content should be allowed or not and for what justification.

I agree that many of these images are very entertaining and harmless. However, I do not make the rules, I have been charged with the responsibility to insure that everyone abides by them.
The rules are quite clear: All people seen in any photo or video must be at least 18 years old. If you're not sure of someone's age, don't post it.

You are correct, by posting that picture you are again in violation of the rules. Please remove it and refrain from posting similar in the future.

There is no need for the owners of the website to justify to you or me as to why they have chosen to make a rule. There are rules I would like to see modified and new ones I feel should be put in place, which I have proposed to the owners. If they choose to do so, fine, if not, that's OK as well. It's their website, we are their guests.

You and I have a choice: abide by their rules or go play in a different sandbox.

The image shown is of a person with congenital growth hormone deficiency. The person, to my knowledge, is 18.
I am the OP and have more knowledge of that image then others who might be confused and say to the contrary.

I am not saying that to be a smart ass nor be contentious. To my general understanding that is so. Who is to say otherwise? The rules said 18, not 'looks 18' nor 'need to have documented model ID'. That person is 18, with congenital growth hormone deficiency, as I understand it.

Since there is no emphases on strict proof of age by a legal standard, only the site's loosely written rules, my word is fine on that unless someone can challenge with hard facts that the person shown does not have congenital growth hormone deficiency.I was informed that image is of one with congenital growth hormone deficiency, yet who is an adult.

That said, there is no nudity so the site is not in any danger of being raided nor shut down. I don't have too many images like those to post later [congenital growth hormone deficiency is rare]... Still I was glad to share since the image was funny and on topic.

You may be the OP, but unless you can prove you were the photographer and have a verifiable model release, it is immaterial.

As you are not to my knowledge recognized world wide as the authority on legal issues as pertaining to this subject and are not in the legal position to accept responsibility for the material you posted, what you claim to have been informed of is meaningless.
However, thank you for acknowledging that THE ONLY emphasis on what is acceptable is the websites Rules. As representative of the website, I have determined the picture to be inappropriate.

While there may not be nudity involved in the particular image, there is nudity and sexual content within the rest of the website. We see no reason to give an overzealous government agency cause to possibly subject the website to expensive, drawn out litigation.

Yeah, I know.
However, the website owners make the rules and have their reasons for this. We are their guests and don't want to wear out our welcome, so myself and the other mods simply ask that everyone look at the rules and abide by them.

Besides, there must be tons of pictures out there that don't show people under 18 or have watermarks or whatever. You've posted tons of great ones that haven't been a problem, so please just give them a second thought before posting.
