We love Jamaica but it does suffer from a very high crime rate. I think is 3rd in the world for ******* rate per 100k capita.

We had luck at Secrets in Montego Bay Jamaica. We had a private driver to the resort and never left the resort. Once it was known that I crave BBC and that my hubby loved to share me I was quite popular and had no issues.

There are a range of accommodations on the island, all near to activities due to the size. Cost of living is a bit high. It's relatively safe to walk around etc. within reason of course. Most hotels do allow guests
