Zanzibar Resorts

Hi we are looking at a trip to Zanzibar and wanted to ask for opinions about which resorts or hotels would be good for meeting up with people? What about resort staff. We would appreciate any recommendations.

Or are there any locals on here.

We are seeking the exact same answer , Zanzibar is a destination the wife would like to visit and she would love to receive happy end massages at the hotel.....Anybody with experience on this.?
