Nope ... he goes to Federal prison he could get a pardon; not in state prison. That's why the state charges will follow his presidency.
Personally, I won't be happy until he spends at least a year in a state prison. I'd prefer he spend that among the regular prisoners. Its time for Karma to raise its ugly head.

Well, seeing that the governor of NY state is Andrew Cuomo (a democrat) I wouldn't count on a pardon. Practically all of Trump's family have indictments coming ranging from tax evasion, misuse of charitable funds, bribery, election violations, Trump Uni, etc. And according to what I've read, they intend to go after the ******* first, then Tump. And that's to happen fairly soon.

That is true and from what I understand Trump and Cuomo are not friends either so in your scenario Cuomo would be tickled pink if Trump rots in a NY State prison, however Trump did move to Florida, so if you are going to convict him it would be in a Florida state prison, I think? :unsure:

I would think the indictments and possible incarcerations would be in NY, where the crimes were committed. . Pretty sure, when killers ******* several people in various states, the one where the first crime occurred gets first shot. However, if the state of NY decides to turn the killer over to another state, they can do that, usually when the penalties are more strict in the other states.
 
The power of Pelosi...…….just put a fucking to all of them......shouldn't have underestimated her.....house will impeach....done deal...…...but she decides when it leaves the house for the senate.....and she has decided it isn't going to be anytime soon.....so now with him being impeached in the house...he can still be investigated for "other issues"......and with McConnell wanting to do his thing....Pelosi just sits on it....to where McConell can do nothing!
