Many of the policies approved by the Chancellor Alexa Augusta and the "Ebony-Gold" parliament were aimed at seamlessly and naturally increase the social contact between African men and Aryan women.
In this spirit, the Interracial Lodging Directive was enacted into law. With it, all lodging facilities (hotels, motels, hostels...) in the country were to always aim to join reservations between white women and Black men in the same room (or rooms, should they be group reservations), under the guise of saving resources. The guests would then be also invited to extend their stay for free.
While there were plenty of successful and emancipated white women travelling around the country, the same couldn't yet be said about Black men... at first. Foreseeing this issue before hand, the government had already enacted several other laws and initiatives (the Alpha Influx Directive), aimed at increasing the Black male population:
- Under the guise of humanitarianism, efforts were increased in helping the sub-Saharan refugee crisis by offering permanent visas to Black African men not only stuck in neighbouring refugee camps but also in the embassies of many African countries.
- Scholarships, student visas, exchange programs were also extensively offered to both African and Caribbean countries. Black male students would be placed in predominantly female dormitories.
With initiatives such as these, an influx of Black men into the country soon followed, and all were granted both transportation and lodging free "passes". This quickly made it possible to easily find Black men throughout the country, living in hotels, hostels and the like. Therefore, it became virtually impossible for travelling white women, be it on business or pleasure, not to be paired with a Black man in whichever hotel they had booked.
To further increase the chances of bonding, it was mandated that the rooms were refurnished with queen sized beds, and room-service offered at great discounts, so that staying in would be cheaper than dinning out.
These initiatives and directives were not publicly announced on the mass media, as to not create hysteria among whichever conservative forces still laid dormant, and awaiting an opportunity to muster forces with an outcry of indignation. Even if not for that, a more discrete, silent approach was preferred since it facilitated a more "organic" change in the status quo, subliminally promoting the acceptance of the "new normal". A "new normal" that, as it turned out, was most welcome...
Extensive reports with information gathered from the lodging facilities themselves, hidden cameras and social network monitoring, were delivered to the Chancellery 2 months after the beginning of the Interracial Lodging Directive, confirming the preliminary reports that had been delivered thus far: the Directive was a success:
1. With only 2 months of the current policy in effect, around 74% of the white women that been reassigned to a shared room with a Black man ended up engaging in sexual intercourse with said Black man
1.1) 89% of the women in this last group were single, according to federal records (i.e. not married).
1.2) While visual proof was not documented for all the instances, from the gathered data we can safely estimate that 92% of the sexual encounters were unprotected, and that 88% of these culminated on the Black man ejaculating inside the white female womb.
Though it was expected for the ILD to yield good results, the expectations were largely surpassed given the short period of the time and the fact that it took some weeks to implement the policy in full *******. There are a few conclusions that can be drawn from these results:
1. These premature and above expectation results may be a sign that white women, and society as a whole, are closer, than previously expected, to fully realize and embrace Nature's ultimate and intended miracle: the mating ritual and impregnation of white women by Black men.
1.1) Young, uncompromised white women are the demographic with the lowest threshold to bond and mate with Black men. This may be a testament to the success of the subliminal messaging and indoctrination that has been intensified over the last years.
1.1.1) On the other hand, only a small percentage of married women eventually ended up mating with their Black roommates. This may be related to both the long ingrained view of the sanctity of marriage, and the good nature of the female population, making them hesitant towards cheating when in serious relationships while also potentially afraid of their husbands' reactions.
1.1.1.a) Intel gathered both from anonymous questionnaires and monitoring of internet traffic (namely porn habits) suggest, however, that white men have been becoming gradually and steadily more welcoming, and receptive, to the idea that Aryan females and African males are the ideal mating partners for each other. An appropriate course of action should be to more openly normalize interracial relationships between Black men and white women among the general public, without suggesting an attack on the institution of marriage. Instead, we should endeavor to subliminally reframe the act of married white women mating with Black men into a normal and socially accepted activity, phenomenon, that is in fact deeply desired by all the involved parts: the white female who craves the superior cock and seed of the Black man; the Black man who fulfills his natural calling to breed white women; the white husband who marvels in knowing/witnessing the interracial mating of his wife with Black men; society as whole, since it further paves the way to the Blacked New World Order and the fulfillment of the Biological Imperative.

Overall, the Interracial Lodging Directive was deemed a success, not only as a tool itself to further the Biological Imperative cause with the policies it pushed forward but as a barometer to roughly gauge how society felt towards interracial relations between Black men and white women and, with that, ascertain how effective had past policies been in the attempt of reshaping society to prepare the path to the Blacked New World Order.
