Plenty. But my experience of Italian swinger clubs 25 years ago, wasn’t always positive. Biggest problem is management let’s in everybody, no selection at all. As guys pay 150 Euros to enter, management has every incentive to over fill the club with sex hungry single guys ! Also management pays couples and single women to play with the guys. An indirect form of *******. A few women may be genuine women, looking for a bit of fun. But in some clubs they get scared away by the excessive presence of men.
Couples only nights should be good, also Northern Italy is more open minded regarding sex, so I imagine some clubs should be good. With a selection process of men.

Yea definitely want the selection process, this ain’t for everybody lol
