What do you want. Us women have been hardwired for years and centuries into the belief that we have to be monogamous good girls and that sleeping with other men can put into jeopardy our relationships with our partners. Besides maybe there's the subconscious thing in her head that implies that having sex with a black man could lead to a pregnancy of a baby which would be obviously not yours. So it might be something difficult to assume for her.
The good thing is that, usually after maybe a few first times and once she realizes she can enjoy mind-blowing sex without it affecting her relationship with you, she'll probably don't look back anymore. But she'll have to be convinced and self.assured about taking that first step forward. It's something that has to be in her mind, so don't push her. You want her to do it for your pleasure but she has to realize it's her, in the end, the one who's going to do it for her own pleasure too. Let the idea nest in her mind and let her brood it until she feels comfortable and good with it. It's her decision in the end.
