It is long past due that Blacks received reparations from this racist country. Finanacial reparations. Sexual reparations. Social reparations. Career reparations. Housing reparations. And public apologies from white leaders at all levels.
Financial reparations: Due to 400 years of slavery, each Black should received at least 10 times the amount of a standard middle class wage from the Federal government. Then the state government should add in 5 times the state average middle class wage. These funds should be tax free as well. Cost should be spread over all white people, taxes too, to be paid over a 30 year period, at their expense.
Ex: Federal average wage in Georgia, $70000, x 10 = $700,000. Georgia average wage of $45,000 x 5 = $225,000. $700.000 + 225,000 = financial reparations in Georgia of $925,000. per Black person. This is fair for lifetimes spend as slaves or second class citizens and will not be overly burdensome to whites to pay up over 30 years.
Sexual Reparations: For a long time interracial sex has been increasing in this country. Now we just require that everyone get on board and participate. White women and Black Men. white boys as cuckolds, with Black Men or Black Women IF they can get that LOL. This is psychological overdue in this country and will be a major factor in reducing the rampant racism we see every day.
Social Reparations: In addition to having sex with Black Men, whites must be seen to date, marry and serve Blacks. This will overturn the rampant sense of privilege these racists feel and castrate their racism, cutting it off as they date, marry and show the world how they love Blacks. They cannot help but change their attitude in the face of this reasonable cure.
Career Reparations: In response to hundreds of years of unfair job practices, wage scales, union membership requirements etc. It is absolutely necessary that racism be weeded out of the job market by strict, heavy quotas for Black hiring, Black promotion, Blacks in executive positions and Black Millionaires. In order to combat our endemic racism we must establish strict quotas and tightly review and adhere to them. In time these measures will not be needed but for the foreseeable future, they are a must.
Housing reparations: after centuries of red lining, racist real estate practices, the government must take immediate action to move Blacks into upper class neighborhoods by any means necessary. Vigorous enforcement will be required, strict penalties established and whites will have to quickly learn that racist tricks will not be tolerated any longer.
Every white leader, from small town mayors up to the President of the United States, should gave a speech with a heart felt apologies for slavery, racism, unfairness and resistance to civil rights. Condemning white intransigence and praising Black perserverance.
